W. Allen Thrush has been involved with the construction industry since he was three years old. Allen's father, Wilbur, first started Thrush Spouting in 1960. Over the years Thrush & Son, which is would later be known as, began focusing on the complete process of home improvements. In 1989, at the age of 25, Allen purchased the business from his father. For over 25 years, Allen has successfully ran Thrush & Son LLC. and established it into one of the finest and most respected home improvement companies in Ohio. Allen is a graduate of Brookville High School and is married to Michelle Thrush; they have one child, Corey.

Michelle Thrush, Vice President of Thrush & Son LLC., has been married to Allen since 1985. Michelle began working in the office in 1991 and has since continued. Michelle is a graduate of Brookville High School.
Corey A. Thrush, CMO, is the son of W. Allen & Michelle Thrush. Corey is the third generation. Corey first began helping out when he was five years old. After graduating from Gardner-Webb University in 2008 and a stint of playing professional baseball, he began working full time for the family business. Corey is a former radio talk show host on 1410 ESPN radio. Corey is also a graduate of Brookville High School.
